In addition to producing website copy, I also worked on the email ‘nurture’ campaign for Volvo's key launch of 2017, the stunning XC40.
The campaign was designed to take qualified leads on a multi-stage journey through awareness, education, consideration at an exclusive event, and finally to book a test drive with their nearest dealer.
The campaign successfully built awareness and hype for the launch, exceeding the target for test drives booked.
